It has been approved as an update because the previous version resulted in chaos. If you search for "swing bridge" (whether OSM overpass or Google images) you will find that approximately half of the hits are tibetan/rope bridges. Apparently folks from New Zealand, Australia and Germany think that bridge=swing means exactly that.
