in theory there is no need to add this information to the poi if you map the
containing feature as an area and add appropriate opening hours there, but in
practical life looking for an atm at night you risk of being sent there
nonetheless.
Features inside other features which require the payment of a fee or have
generally restricted access are similarly problematic, eg an atm at Disneyland
or a shop inside a factory.
