I think the proposal is OK (even if it lists 5 different tagging options which is maybe not the best way to come to uniform tagging ;-) ), and I particularly like the fact that you emphasize that this is not about student accomodation but about buildings built as student accomodation. The typical end user will mostly be more interested in actual student accomodations and not in the building typology (my guess), so encouraging tagging the service (as well) seems vital. cheers, Martin
