Thanks for the responses so far. I'm not suggesting a business=tag_what_ever_you_like tag. In fact I only really care about having a suitable key. I like business=* as this covers everything, but you could say that business is used as a level 1 tag and then level 2 tags would be shop=, craft=, office= plus the addition of industrial= and commercial= for everything else.
