The trade tag might cover some of all of those cases. It covers in particular business-to-business places. It was originally used for companies like builders' merchants who often also did retail sales. http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:shop%3Dtrade You might extend the subtags (industrial maybe?).
