That is an excellent question. This arch is quite large but there are many
other similar structures in villages all over Thailand. I have seen many of
them but have never tagged any. There is a barrier=archway used twice in
Taginfo but the ones I've seen are not barriers in the usual sense of that
word.

The key landmark might be a possibility, for example, landmark=archway?
