As Peter pointed out, oneway=yes (or in the exeptional case of oneway
against the vector of the OSM way, oneway=-1 ) is mandatory if the
road is a oneway, for most categories.

oneway=no can help other mappers to show it has been checked in areas
of high oneway density. Like a concise note.
