I'm at a loss to remember where I saw this, though, it looked like your standard American both-way left turn lane, though it had an additional token set of orange dots down the middle. Most drivers would cross over the nearest lane to the lane adjacent to oncoming traffic to be able to see their turn. It was a particularly wide boulevard.
