I think that the hazard tag would be a better fit than obstacle, although 
obstacle could be used once a slide has occurred.  I am not sure that the 
time-of-year portion of the hazard tag would apply in my area (the southeast 
USA), since such landslides occur mostly after heavy rainfall, and we don't 
have a predictable wet season/dry season pattern.
