In the UK, places on the High Street, or at the Seaside are called Amusement Arcades. Like Martin says, they are very different to casinos. They will sometimes have pay to play games (not gambling as there is no payout), back in the day they had space invaders and the like, but now will have driving simulators and the like. In these places there are strict limits on stakes/payouts, casinos are much higher.
