The ones that spread around here do usually sell only those e-cigarettes and the nicotin liquids. For "legal drugs" there are many country specific differences where and when to get them. In many European countries tobacco and alcohol won't be sold in the same store (if it's a specialized store), these would be considered different store typologies, but they will be sold together if it's a convinience store or supermarket of course (i.e. they sell lots of stuff along which also cigarettes and alcohol), and there are also specialized stores for say "whiskey and cigars" (but the latter won't usually sell cigarettes or tobacco for cigarettes). cheers, Martin
