The problem is the use of two scale, German and French. Same for path I propose the use of only one scale (german) because it don't have the scale 0. Then only Via Ferrata that required equipment are tagged as Via Ferrata, the other as path with equiped (same as Proposal wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Safety_measures_on_hiking_trails)
