This site interprets access:xxx=* keys as possibility instead of legal restriction. I though it was general understanding that access=* restrictions always meant legality , not practicability (because the later is highly subjective not verifiable). That's also what I can find on the key:access page. I've changed the wiki page accordingly. Let's see what the original author thinks about it. Regards, Chaos
