Please, stop pleading and either leave the voting open until summer
break or simply leave it in a proposed state. Voting is not needed to
get tags approved.

You can always use it and if there is a proper proposal you are all set.
Just add some prominent links to the appropriate wiki pages and find
around 500 users to each add/tag ten objects following your proposal.
