Hi Andreas, thank you for your comment.The cenario that you describe can be modelled with the tags i proposed. If you take a look at example 2 at the wiki page this should become more clear. The example you provided would be written as:
amenity=childcare kindergarten=yes after_school=yes opening_hours=* It might be helpful to use the opening_hours tag with a prefix as you proposed like after_school:opening_hours to describe different times for the different parts of the childcare facility. But I don't see an advantage using prefixes for the other tags. What if there is a kindergarten with an after school included?
