I am formally opening up the proposal period for the* image= *tag. A wiki page is here http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/Image As this tag has a long history of productive use, I hope to run this through the process relatively quickly. Your beauty edits to the wiki are very welcome.
I've left out: multiple images, historic images, figuring both are really wider discussions.
