How about: overtaking:trailer:conditional=no @ (05:00-22:00 AND weight>0.75 )
The "access" wiki page lists "trailer=* (needs to be towed by another vehicle which has its own restrictions)", which suggests that trailer should be seen as a separate identity, thus "weight" applies to the trailer only. Had the weight been the combination of vehicle plus trailer then we may have needed to come up with something to describe this.
