One of the main mountain highways here is closed to licensed vehicles during the winter months, but snowmobiles are permitted. Would vehicle:conditional apply to snowmobiles?
I also have a similar problem with road that are use in winter for nordic (or not) ski. Up to now, I added a second way for winter activities on top the way for the summer road.
