I like this idea. Right off the bat I can think of several local use cases, one of which is: amenity=library name=Hilliard Library operator=Columbus Metropolitan Library branch=Hilliard Of course, it may be more correct to put some combination of operator and branch into name, and then set loc_name=Hilliard Library because that's what everyone calls it in casual speech. But this tagging scheme provides for a consistent, unambiguous, and obvious way to tag CML's various locations apart from the broader problem of what to put in the name tag.
