I think it's better to just link to the TripAdvisor page. It's their data and they are probably protecting it. Re-releasing it under ODbL (yes I am ahead of the times) may not even be legally acceptable. Same goes for all these ratings. Exception is if you can survey it (is there a plaque / sign?). And have surveyed it, for that matter. Advantage of just linking to the source is that it's in the best tradition of linked data, and we don't have to keep it current if a three star chef leaves a paper towel in the soup that he serves to the Michelin people when they come to re-assess.
