Seen a couple of responses so I'll add something. I am a native English speaker from the UK, I commonly see the term potable used in the UK. It the correct term for water suitable for human consumption, but the average man on the street will use the term 'drinking water' and a signficant number won't know what what potable means. Personally not overly bothered about which tag is used, but 'drinking water' appears more likely to be understood. Jason
