I'm coming to the conclusion that relations are unnecessary for ASLs.
They always exist in advance of regular stop lines by definition; when
used together with them, the offset pattern should be used for the stop
line and not the junction-node pattern; the combination is sufficient
for determining the direction, ways being sequences of nodes and all.

Of course, some updated junction relation could make use of them, same
as any other object. No problem there.
