If the traffic signals in Europe are directly above where you are supposed to stop, rather than ahead of that point, then how do you tell when it is OK to resume moving? Unless you are on a motorcycle, have a sun roof, or are in a convertible with the top down, you can't see anything that is directly above your vehicle. -- John F.
