Wow, that's an interesting one.. surveillance:mounting could be an interesting one with the values you suggest (pole, wall, roof, maybe more). Also surveillance:yaw with a numeric value for degrees (0-360) or a 1-3 letter compass direction (N, NNW, etc), and surveillance:pitch for vertical angle (again numeric for -180 ... 180 or just 'up', 'straight', 'down' or something.
