AFAIK, Craft is mostly for people who make (and sell) something, Shop for people who sell something they don't made, and office for people who don't sell anything material. Thus, that's why there are shop:jewelry and craft:jeweler, and there are office:lawyer but there are no shop:lawer nor craft:lawyer. wedding_planner sounds great to me.
