I happened to stumble over http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:amenity%3Dcommunity_centre The definition restricts usage with this sentence "The Community Centre is owned and provided by the local government." The linked wikipedia article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Community_centre doesn't for good reasons: it mentions a lot of those facilities run by religious communities, which are in most countries not "the local government". There is also the possibility that a foundation or a political party run a centre like this. I find the restriction to governmental institutions somewhat unnecessary. What about changing this?
