I have created a proposal for mapping social clubs, by tagging as
leisure=social_club.

From the proposal:
"A social club is place where members can meet and socialise, and
usually includes bars, restaurants and games. They differ from a pub or
bar in that they are primarily restricted to members only.
This includes working men's clubs, gentlemen's clubs, ex-servicemen's
clubs (eg the British Legion) and clubs based around a specific activity
or sport (eg football supporters' clubs). "
