Neither such Fire Training facility in my area are specifically tagged
OSM yet, so I would be interested in some standard tagging.

The one that I know of is that is named in OSM is only tagged by GIS

Boston Fire has its own Academy on Moon Island (outside city limits)
but in OSM only the building polys (from NOAA LIDAR coastal zone
overflights) are imported. ( I believe this is where the BPD Bomb
Squad does their controlled detonations as well.)
