The NaPTAN data import is creating a lot of relations tagged public_transport=stop_place without a type key. Keep Right complains about the relations because the type key is missing, and these are a high proportion of Keep Right messages in London, which makes the validator more difficult to use. If disable the Relations without type check I can run the other checks but not identify corrupted relations. The missing type key is undoubtedly unusual for relations but it it wrong or is the check weong?
