I am pleased to announce the release of SysV init 3.07. This release focuses on a few changes to killall5 and pidof. It makes killall5 adhere more strictly to the "omit" process list when sending signals, even SIGSTOP signals. It also improves pidof's ability to detect running processes which were launched through symbolic links.
