I've published a minor bug fix for SysV init. This release is tagged as version 3.04 and its only change is a small fix to make sure SysV init's bootlogd utility compiles on GNU Hurd. Everything else is functionally the same. So on all platform apart from Hurd version 3.03 and 3.04 should be identical.
