I proposed a patch for <URL: http://bugs.debian.org/584102 >, basicly allowing startpar to continue even when tcgetattr(0, &tio) by running scripts sequencially. Can you have a look at let me know if it make sense. This issue is also reported as <URL: http://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?30034 >. Btw, why do startpar need stdin to be a tty?
