Sorry, i was too quick !
I have also problem with apt-get.
I receive just this message: cannot retrive file because md5sum incorrect,
you need to launch apt-get update or to try with --fix-missing
I will try to change the ftp server to proftpd instead of vsftpd, may be it
helps.
