Hi all,

My name is Harika Raju, and I am excited to contribute to SymPy as part of
GSoC 2025. I am a CS Undergrad with a strong background in *Python, C, and
mathematical computing*, and I am particularly interested in *symbolic
mathematics and algorithm optimization*.

I have experience working with machine learning models, ANN
backpropagation, and performance optimizations in Python. Additionally, I
have contributed to projects involving AI-based automation and exoplanet
simulation. My *Chronicles of Exoplanet Exploration project was selected as
a NASA Space Apps Hackathon Global Nominee*.

The project on *improving the performance of Kane's and Lagrange's methods
in SymPy Mechanics* caught my attention, as I am fascinated by equation
simplification, computational speed-ups, and symbolic algebra.

I am currently exploring the SymPy Mechanics module and will begin working
on a pull request to contribute before submitting my proposal. Looking
forward to guidance from the community!
Best,
Harika Raju
