Given the people who have shown interest, I think we should apply for
a tutorial. I've started a new repository where we can collaborate at
https://github.com/sympy/scipy-2023-tutorial/issues/1. If anyone else
is interested who hasn't reached out to me yet, please comment there.

We need to write the proposal and submit it by Feb. 22. We should be
able to mostly reuse our proposal from 2020.
