As you may or may not know, SymPy is looking for a replacement for buildbot
(see the issue[0] on it and my blog post about continuous integration
servers and such[1]). This is a part of my GSoC project and, as explained I
believe using Tox in combination with Jenkins is the way forward. As Tox is
a very powerful tool in it's own right, I think we should start using it
locally too, to streamline tests. The way Tox works is explained in my blog
post, and there are instruction on the wiki on how to set it up:
