imp2vs is meant for reconstructing a module made from mod2imp. It is a rather 
trivial program. It is responsibility of the user of imp2vs to handle all 
proper encoding of the imp file.

For each of the supported encodings, there is a program that bears the 
responsibility for handling extra verses.
