Dear Tuomas,
It may have been during the recent massive DDOS attack from China against the
IBT website and which may have also affected the accessibility of the IBT
repository where these modules for the various Central Asian languages are
hosted.
The IBT repository is currently available and has Kyrgyz language translations
and dictionaries in both Arabic & Latin scripts.
Please pray for our friend who manages these resources. I will not name him
here for security reasons.
