I just tried to access the Xiphos repo from PocketSword but the process failed
to complete. I suspect the repo is temporarily inaccessible.
Earlier, I tried to refresh the Bishop library and found that it timed out
while trying to refresh Xiphos repo. Worse still, this meant that none of the
other refreshed repos were actually added.
Bishop should handle a temporarily inaccessible repo more gracefully.
