How many modules are missing the *SwordVersionDate* key from their .conf file?
Question is prompted by the observation that the Romanian Cornilescu module *RomCor* doesn't have one. Where is the Module Team up to with this module since our private email thread in February-March 2015 ? In CrossWire Main, *RomCor* is *Version=2.1* yet I have *Version=2.2* and I believe that I installed it using Xiphos module manager in July 2015. The .conf file includes: Version=2.2 History-1.0=Initial release History-2.0=Release of BFBS text - USFM text, revised spelling, footnotes, crossreferences, titles etc. History-2.1=Correction of multiple conversion errors History-2.2=Correction of xref and conversion errors (updated toolset) cf. We exchanged a lot of private messages about the behaviour of the script *xreffix.pl* that is used to fix xrefs in OSIS source text prior to building a module. NB. The wiki page still points to this directory as the place to download the above script. https://crosswire.org/svn/sword-tools/trunk/modules/crossreferences/ Now that more developers are using GitHub, is this still the location of the most up to date version? More to the point, is this still part of the required toolset, or has this major task been implemented into an upstream utility program? btw. Have any Windows users been able to successfully use the script, which requires Perl bindings for SWORD? cf. Our wiki barely touches on helping Windows users in this area.
