The next release of the KJV module will include the use of the OSIS abbreviation element (abbr) in some footnotes.
e.g. <abbr expansion="Greek">Gr.</abbr> It's unlikely that any front-end already includes code to make good use of this construction. One suggestion is to display a mouse-over tool-tip with the expansion text. What touch-screen device apps could do is a matter left for your imagination. In order to support this, should we also define a new GlobalOptionFilter=OSISAbbreviations ? i.e. So that users can enable/disable this feature.
