Does SWORD support the note placement attribute for placement="inline" ?
cf. The WLC module has 5915 such notes in the Pentateuch, all for the DH. e.g. $$$Genesis 1:1 <note placement="inline" type="x-DHSource">P</note> What should be the expected behaviour?
