I'm starting to develop in C# and Node-Webkit and have noticed that modules will not download when using a VPN. I habitually run OpenVPN and get an FTP connection failure. I cannot even load the module list from the repository.
The reason I bring this up is that module download requires a disclaimer for those who might be in countries where the Bible is forbidden. It would seem logical in
