Yes you are correct about QML and Qt. Your program could potentially be rewritten to use a QML face when the phone is in "Phone UI" mode, and then revert to the current "desktop" face when the phone was docked, possibly... though I don't understand how the UI switches from the Qt Phone UI to the regular Unity UI when it is docked. I will get your source code and start looking at it... should I just use the source from the Ubuntu repos, or is there an upstream somewhere that is more current?
