Some submitters elect to sign their modules in the .conf file. Check there for a name and/or email address.
In lieu of that, email me at modu...@crosswire.org and I can let you know. In most cases I would be the point of contact anyway, either by virtue of having produced the current release or because I've taken responsibility for orphaned content.
