Regarding the possibility of objections of inclusion: To me an osisID is of
value if it might be in a SWORD module that conforms to BCV addressing. To
SWORD and JSword it is just a normalized name that has robust lookup. Until it
is part of a canon*.h (or JSword's equivalent) it is not of much use to a
front-end.

I would hold off just a bit. I'm still doing a bit of research before I
finalize the set. When the set seems stable, I'll commit the additions
to Sword's canon_abbrevs.h file.
In practical terms, it's true that none of this much matters until the
books appear in a versification system, but I plan to test a superset
versification system that should have a verse slot for every conceivable
verse in every book of every Bible. So it's possible that all these
books will be needed in implementations soon.
