Not being a Chinese language scholar, I was making use of Google translate to
understand the description in the wikisource page.

However, the word 'Wenli' did appear in the transliteration, being
equivalent to the words "Literary ...."

There has always been a disagreement about the use of the word Wenli. The
Chinese themselves prefer not to use it, though it was the description used
by Morrison, his successors, and many missionaries in that generation, for
the literary style of Classical Chinese.
