I vaguely recall that Peter wrote a script that purported to do something along the lines requested by Andrew.
As an aside, although which words in the NT are counted as Words of Christ is defined (by policy for the KJV2006 project) for the KJV by reference to the original red letter edition published in 1900 based on the ideas of Louis Klopsch, when it comes to other Bible translations (different languages) or even some other modern English versions, there are differences as to whether some particular verses or quotations should be understood as dominical sayings. Bible commentators differ over these matters, even when they don't have red letter markup in mind. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_letter_edition For example, there are several such differences between the SpaRVG module and the KJV module. Likewise, there are even a few inconsistencies in the way the Louis Klopsch version applied (or didn't apply) red letters for words spoken by other persons (in the NT text) while yet attributing them as having been spoken earlier by Christ Himself.
