Hi,

2. Do you provide an archive somewhere of the old versions of the source
code? Alternatively, do you have a publicly-readable source code
   repository (such as Subversion)?

Good idea. This one won't help you for anything before today, but try
http://code.google.com/p/worldenglishbible/source/checkout
Excellent! It _would_ be good if all (future) updates went there. I
realise the limitations of bandwidth, and am more than aware of repressive
regimes, but hg (Mercurial) allows for off-the-net development followed by
synchronisation once you are in friendlier climates. Of course, you know
all this anyway...

Yes, of course. This is where I invoke the "too busy" excuse. Anyway, I just tucked an automated update of that repository into my World English Bible "compiling" process. I beg forgiveness for hard-coding an "Automated update" commit message into said script, in clear violation of the intent of the commit message. The trade-off is that the repository should be kept current without making me any busier. Just my computer will be busier. And, if I'm out of Internet access for a while, I can just comment out the "hg push" command for the duration, and everything should come out fine after I get back to better access and restore that line.

By the way, please forgive what may be an impertinent question, but how
would I address you by first name, if that is appropriate? Would it be
Kahunapule?

"Kahunapule" or "Michael" work equally well. "Kahunapule" is really a nickname adopted in response to having an excessively common name.
