If you peek at the "About" information for StrongsRealHebrew, you'll find that it's taken from Jens Grebner's version, auto-edited with a script to produce the ThML content comprising the module. If you wish to work from this base, use that source directly; any update from there is what I would re-import to create a new version of StrongsRealHebrew.
